I'm lucky enough to be in qc at an industrial fab shop so I have access to a lot of free wood & fasteners. It started life as a 6x4 crate. Grabbed a 6x3x1/8 acrylic sheet from ace hardware. There's a top in the garage. After some vent work I'll be able to totally control my parameters instead of spinning my wheels. I'm pretty pleased with how it's coming together.

Once the white & rubber dry I'm going to silicone compressed cork panel in. Your can plant creeping jade, pothos, etc then place the vines in the cork with tooth picks until it roots in. I'm still deciding on plants for the rest.

Still figuring out how to do ventilation. Do I just do the top or add some on the sides. 4NLZ7_AS02.jpeg-1.jpg

Getting closer. Ran out of substrate & batteries for the drill. I should be planting next week & throw some white on everything outside. The plan is to pile a bunch of gravel around the plants & pray. I don't have months to let this root in like I would like. Helper & supervisors (excuse the cyano of course my powerhead kicked off on vacation).

Made some good headway. I underestimated the amount of dirt in the front so I need to make some kind of view blocker for the bottom.20210614_231239.jpg20210614_230940.jpg20210614_231021.jpg20210614_231047.jpg20210614_231150.jpg

Few things left, but transferred over. Humidity & temp super stable. My thermostat for the che actually clicked off for the first time ever. 20210615_223851.jpg
