Quite a few of these plants (the more rare ones) are native to Redfoot habitat, and have been known to be safe for them (they don't always eat them)... the rest are just plants (and plant parts) that have been observed by owners, breeders, and me, to be safe for them. Hope this expands your botanical collections :) good luck!

Certainly. I hope to have a whole rainforest of these plants someday ;) Although I am not sure if your average garden shop carries some of the South American tropicals?

Could an admin maybe make this a connected topic with the Food and Diet topic... I think a lot of this may be mutually edible with other torts.... and maybe someone there can help fill in the common names?

i was wondering if anyone else has put this in their enclosures...bought a nice sized one today...wondering how it fairs.
