My Russian tortoise is sleeping a lot more but nothings changed in his enclosure.

Boris is 277g and 11.6cm. He is approx 2 and a half years old. I've kept a record of his weight and length since we got him. I've attached measurements showing his weight (g) and lengths(cm) over the time we've had him.

As you can see, he has lost weight the last 2 months. Is this normal?

Well OMG!! He's definitely a boy!! My Boris has just been soaked and he's more active today, in fact he stool tall on all fours and I was wondering what on earth he was about to do? Maybe a massive poo? Then....out came what must be his penis! It was pinky purple, like a little a little trumpet with a very flowery end! Oh my. Boris appears to have found his male parts and is displaying them to their glory. ? I wonder if his recent sleepiness is connected to any of this? He's now tucking into his greens. ?

Whohoo, yes that's what they do? and soon he will walk around the enclosure with his little weenie hanging out and walking very high, completely raised. He just discovered he has one and now you'll see it more ha ha.

Yes I'm pretty sure it has something to do with it, hormones/temp/etc.
