Hi Everyone,I am worried about Fang ? my 4 year old russian,last few weeks his shell has become soft and squishy,I always put calcium powder on his food,he recently stopped moving much and his back legs were dragging,tho that has improved a little,he popped today for 1st time in a few days,it was very hard,I'm thinkin maybe dehydrated tho he had water bowl he rarely used it,I soak him in warm water twice a day,he has Romanian,plum tomatoes,kale,the odd mushroom,grated carrot,Any ideas what's wrong!

Maybe because your care is incorrect?
You seem to be feeding the wrong stuff that can be toxic to a tortoise. Don’t feed none of those they have little to no nutritional value. Feed weeds, if you cannot find weeds feed spring mix,collards, mustards,
Ect.

Calcium doesn't work (making the bones and shell strong) without UVB either from the sun or from a GOOD UVB light.
