Yes it is very beneficial for them, I'm growing two trees for my sulcata
I got recommended them from a reptile specialist and also katuk ( star gooseberry)
I'm sorry if my question wasn't clear, the pic is a weed in my back yard I was curious about, I also have a 6 foot Moringa tree wich i did not post a pic of , so your Sulcata likes it?

Oh sorry, I don't know that weed
But anyway Moringa is actually super food - look at that crazy calcium-phosphorus ratio! But don't feed it solely I say, it's just too nutritious, Add it in as variety. My sulcata eats it along with other things. I made him a mixture of 10 different plants, weeds and grasses all chopped up, so he eats everything and has no chance to be picky :D

Does anyone know if these trees can survive light freezing? We are warm and dry most of the year, but night temps will occasionally drop into the low 30s on a cold winter night. I'd like to give it a try.

I know it went dormant when it got in the 40's , but came back as soon as it warmed up, I'm in North Texas so it doesn't stay cold to long, they are really ez to grow and really good for you as well! And he ate them no hesitation

Mine was potted and I moved it into the greenhouse every Fall. Last month Will planted it in the ground in the greenhouse. It seems to really like the super hot conditions in there.
