So I found my tortoise 2 and a half months ago heading towards a busy main road in town. I called the police and animal control but nobody claimed him. I went recently and got everything I needed for an outside enclosure and built him a house with the lights and heater and all. Well today the people who lost him came and got him.

He didn't seem to happy to have them back. He ignored them and followed me when I walked off. They don't have him a house or proper enclosure. They said he lives in a hole that he dug. They said they did make him a lean-to but he just lives in the hole. I would love to have another one but I can't buy one. I spent way past my budget to get him a proper home built. Maybe some day.
