I was finally able to make a deal for this guy. It's a really crazy looking morph, the combos are going to be so cool.

My first thought (after they eyes, of course) was that he's just going to look like a normal, old male RES as he gets big. I've had quite a few old male melanistic RES pass through here. He's beautiful, and I love his eyes!

The difference is that is a inheritable color and pattern mutation. So when crossed with the other morphs, like the picture with the albino, it will make new, double recessive combos. TV albino cross should come out solid white, and the entire eye should be pink, not just pupil. You are right, it will look just like a old male.

It was between him or the mystery box, which could have been anything, maybe even another melanistic slider.
