Meet Blossom!

So about 11 years ago I had some Aldabras. traded them for some pyxis. Well all that time my mom kept saying she wanted "bubbas" again. She calls them bubbas. So I felt it was time. I got her blossom from Sam. Greg had already been out of wee little guys. My mom is going to be pretty excited. Its for a mothers day(kinda late) fathers day, and birthday combo gift. She arrives on Tuesday.

Thanks everyone. Greg, for sure will be doing an updated thread on this little guy. Weights,growth etc.. I plan going with all grass diet in a 20x20 pen with misting system for moisture/humidity.

My mom is a very awesome person to embrace all of her childrens goals. My dad. Well havent seen him in almost 20 years. It is a great thing having as much support in the tortoise world from her, as she gives. Thanks.

Well she did express an extreme amount of excitement. I'm out of town, but had to of course tell her. Dont leave until something shows up. Ha. She loves it. Will find out sex in a few months when it gets big enough to scope.
