Massachusetts Laws and Regulations?

I was hoping that someone on here might be able to help me figure out what, if any, laws and regulations there are in Massachusetts regarding ownership of a tortoise.

All my internet searches seem to point me to regulations on owning turtles that are native to Massachusetts. Haha.

Any information would be appreciated!

That's usually how it is - I mean about native to your state reptiles. Most states don't care if you keep "exotic" tortoises, just native tortoises.

Go to your cities government website and check out the local ordinances, should be available to read online.
