Hi everyone.
I wanted to know how many of us are marginated tort owners.
So just comment below me and how many you have and soon we will find
Out if marginated tort owners are becoming 'extinct.' ;)

Marginated owners do seem quite rare on here!
I've got Douglas, who's now about 14 months old..
Pretty random why we have a marginated really - my girlfriend surprised me for my 30th birthday, and think she just chose at random! ha ha

I have one. Male, adult. Full of energy. He is having some "over easy" for breakfast.

I have one marginated, which I've had for about 6 months. (It's my son's, actually.) It's funny, because for the first few months, he was the shyest thing around. We'd barely see him--he'd bury himself, come out to eat, then promptly bury himself again if anyone even glanced at him. Six months in, though, he's really warmed up to us, rarely hides, and shows his personality more. If I put my hand in his terrarium, he'll walk over and keep nudging it. Very cute tortoise; I'm glad we got him.

(Since I'm new to keeping tortoises, I'm not hibernating him this year. Probably I will next winter.)

I just recently became a marginated tortoise owner. =)

Here's a pic of my little Pixel, fast asleep in her water bowl:

This scared me when I walked it on it, but she was just snoozin'. Her head is above the water.
