still looking for a companion for him (female CH) and have asked one of our favorite members if he has one- we'll see.
thanks to you guys, his pyramiding stopped when I quintupled the humidity last winter, so YAY.
tulip/dandelion season in MN, as is reflected by part of his food today.
was trying to sell him, decided the heck with how it looks to realtors coming through (if and when) for his habitat. Had him 2 of his 4 yrs

He's looking good. A suggestion. Lose the tulips now. They are toxic.

will do on the tulips. explains why he's never once eaten any?! sometimes I think they know

turns out tulip BULBS are toxic, not the flowers, which is good, as he DID eat it, just checked, according to several sources on a Google search

Toxicity levels in plants are not really well known, if they do not relate to Humans or Ruminates. Europeans died from eating Eastern Box turtles. That ate mushrooms; so toxic that the meat would kill a person eating one, but not harm the turtle. Seems fair to me. LOL Douglas
