Lump on torts neck

please can someone advise me about these lumps / Mark's on my russian torts neck. They are hard and small. One on each side and have appeared over the last 3 weeks. Not sure if they are normal. Thank you. She seems fine in herself .

Thank you for your reply. I've checked out this link and luckily it doesn't look anything like that . Hers are dark brown and really hard, like scabs. Can you tell me how I find the health section on the forum as I'm struggling. Do o have to use key words etc . Thanks for your help.
