Hello!
I have joined this forum in hopes to find myself a sulcata.
I've been on the hunt for awhile now for an adult sulcata but haven't had much luck. I've searched all the reptile rescues around me and even Craigslist, 5mile, and so fourth but nothing!
Apparently people only want to SELL theirs at this time. I'm simply looking to adopt.
He or she would have a big tortoise proof back yard to themself. And to say they would be spoiled might be an understatement.
I only feed organic small farm/locally grown or personally grown fruits and veggies. With a high quality pellet. We have tortious safe plants for them to much on including hibiscus! And no toxic plants are in the yard at all.
He or she would have a reptile experienced vet in case of any issues arising.
(Happy to provide a reference)
So I am looking for an adult tort who can safely roam the back yard here in Texas (brought inside during the winter and bad weather) and who would enjoy being spoiled rotten.
If you have one in the Texas area that is looking for a good home.
Please let me know!
Thanks!
