I am looking for a pair of Greek tortoise/Golden Greek/Hermanns hatchling (Pref 1 male and 1 female)

I can't help you with your tortoise I'm not in the USA but please you have to change the substrate. This substrate dont keep the humidity, the baby tortoise can't grab itself in this substrate. Also it can't really walk on this wood because some of the pieces are so big like the tortoise.
So change it to normal earth. I take pond earth. Normally this earth is free from toxically advices.

I would not suggest getting a pair as they will fight and the weaker of the two will likely die.
