Loki's Eyes

I noticed Loki's eyes look rather white around is that normal or are they swollen and am I doing something wrong...

This is straight after his soak now

They do look slightly 'squinty.' What kind of substrate do you have him on? What kind of light do you use?

I moved him onto reptile bark yesterday he was on soil before... lights I had a normal 65 watt flood from the hardware but I think it's too harsh so I put it off
