My husband and I are starting to work on our outdoor enclosure which is going to have measurements of 21' x 30'. We will be dividing this to house different torts. My question is that we have to remove a few trees. There are a bunch of laurel bushes. Does anyone know if these are toxic to torts. I am assuming that they would be ok for my boxies that I am getting because boxies are native here. How about my others. I hate to rip them out, but will if I have to. But, I thought they would provide some cover in the pens with the torts if I kept them trimmed back. I live in NJ in the Pine Barrens if location affects the type of laurel. Thanks for your help!
