Hello and welcome back.Well hello everybody, I am back. Went missing for a few years but glad I have re-entered this forum. Moved on so much, to ok everyone's advice. Got more land so more tortoise space. Built a new house for them, they have greenhouse and open space with plants and weeds. They are living the high life now
Hello Tom. I have now expanded, in every way,. I have got 7 hermanns, 5 females and 2 males and 1 Sulcata. They have a new outdoor housing, very well insulated with lights and heat, they have a greenhouse and a huge open outdoor enclosure where they spend most of every day and can stay away from each other whenever they want to. I re-homed my russian tort, to a very knowledgeable friend, now she has her own palace and plenty of love. I adopted the Sulcata as he/she was living on a small table in a bedroom, and being fed etc on advice from the pet shops. He/she now has a largish outdoor enclosure eating grass, weeds etc loving the outdoor life. I am able to expand the outdoor area and have just bought a greenhouse and intend to build an warm safe house for him. At the moment he has a very large indoor table with lights and heat which I lift to out himnin, not ideal but he is 2 yo.Hello and welcome back.
How did things work out with your trio? Did you expand the group? Separate them?
We've seen better days to be sure, but we are getting by. All is going great with all the tortoises and other reptiles. Lots of time to enjoy and care for them in the last few months. How are things with you and yours?
