Brunch today will consist of fresh hibiscus leaves, mallow leaves and Rose of Sharon blooms (the last of the year methinks)

IT-1 shows little interest...and eventually settles in for a nap!

IT-2 goes for it immediately...what else did you expect?

IT-3...can't be bothered!

I'm curious if IT2 would grow better if he was set up alone.

I firmly believe he's growing slower due to his lack of protein. Unlike the other two, he shows absolutely no interest in Mazuri or dog poop! He's eating plenty of grasses and weeds...you know, the 'right' way!

Omg, just too sweet. I noticed in one of the other photos above, one looked like it was getting the Aladar beak. Not sure if it was just the angle or what. Have you seen this in any of them?

From day one...they all had trident beaks. I think we'll have to wait another year or so to see what happens...because it's not as evident with the other two as it first was!

They're all so cute! It's crazy how much larger It1 is than It2.

These pics made my night :)
Thanks a lot! IT-1 is 104 grams heavier than IT-2 and just about an inch longer! Ironically, or not, ~50 grams separates each animal...IT-1 is 157 grams...IT-2 is 108 grams and IT-2 is 53 grams

I've been cutting some ingredients with the Mazuri lately! It's pretty much a routine of Mazuri and alfalfa hay...and they love it! Of course, IT-2 only loves it to play on...

IT-1 displays a beautiful open-mouth mush face!

IT-2 still doesn't get it...DSC_0114 (6).JPG
IT-3 is all about business!

A midday bask for all...note: they do not have dark legs...that is from the moist coco coir in their chamber!

IT-1 finds himself a nice incline under the overgrowth...in perfect alignment with the sun!

To prove that there is no competition among the Ivories...we see IT-2 and IT-3 sharing the same flagstone to bask on!
