After a (very) brief soak...the wind started blowing within five minutes...the ITs are kicking it in the new growth patch!

Today was endive, escarole and radicchio day for the ITs (yes, Monstro too)...but none of that really matters! After gorging himself for the better part of an hour...this is how I found IT-2! Are any of us really surprised? And, YES! He was asleep! What a goof!

After two days of rain...the sun is out...and so are the ITs...and are they funny! They hit the ground running...literally!

IT-1...interesting shot. You'll notice he's passing over a worm. Moments earlier, he ate one! Perhaps he's not a fan...because he sniffed this one and took off!

IT-2...always heads straight to the new growth patch!

IT-3...just keep moving! just keep moving! Didn't stop for half an hour...

Three guesses...and the first two are wrong! Who else?!?! That's IT-2 at a little more than a month and a half! ;)

Today the ITs are 7 months old...here's the low down! Take note that all three are showing the trident beak that Aladar has...we just haven't been able to see it for awhile due to them burying themselves in coco coir! Since I added COCO SOFT to their chamber, they've cleaned up quite nicely! ;)

IT-1: 3.59" 194 grams

IT-2: 2.48" 62 grams

IT-3: 3.19" 119 grams

And just so you wouldn't think that IT-2 has the market cornered on goofiness... IT-3 shows her light side, as well! She tripped over one of Monstro's footprints...tried to figure it out...and righted herself almost immediately!

It ONLY took three more months...but now we have all three ITs nibbling a dandelion! This time, we've captured IT-1 ;)
