Wow, that actually looks pretty darn good. Nice enclosure, good substrate, proper lighting & holders & temp gauge.
We spoke to soon.. temp gages died, possibly too much water on them..

I love the enclosure you made! I have been scouring the internet looking for ideas to create what I think will be the perfect enclosure for my tortoise when the time comes, and what you’ve made is pretty awesome! What are the dimensions of it and what material is that on the inside lower walls of the enclosure?

Thank you! I bought a raised garden bed for 50$, added plywood and 2x4 braces to the bottom, 1x4 supports on the top, added 1x6 boards to back and sides to make slanted cold frame type top. Inside is peel and stick panels but i wish I used pond liner instead. Also its heavy so plywood for sides would have been smarter.. i started building this before I found this forum and made modifications as i learned

This enclosure is beautiful and I'm hoping to build one modeled after yours asap! Can I ask how you attached the corrugated roof piece and if it allows for air flow/if you have an extra vent? My Tort is a red footed so he needs high heat and humidity, which I've struggled to keep in the enclosure in the past.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful creation!

Wow this looks beautiful.
I also modified a garden bed but I’m a sloppier builder than you are! Very cool.
Just out of curiosity, are the half logs lining the side for your tort to explore or do they serve a purpose?
