Is this Ragweed, or Ragwort?

I believe it's ragweed, I've always called it Ragweed, and I'm already having an allergy attack from taking a picture.

I looked up Ragweed on Tortoise Table, and I'm now a bit paranoid that it might be Ragwort.

I obviously know my plants, especially since it seems that I posted two different plants.

Do you have any idea what the first one is? That one is the only plant that has had a chance to grow in my tort's cage, because he tramples every plant that I try to grow.
