I haven't been able to get the 50 gal tub today & hope to get it tomorrow. Is this enclosure okay for now? I used dirt that is slightly damp and I pat it down so it wasn't messy. (There is no chemicals or fertilizers in it)
I also used foil to keep the heat in. Should i put more? A better light will also be purchased...well, basically everything will be switched out tomorrow or within the next few days. I also put some weeds in there for Tiddle's to munch on & he ate a few bites and then went into his hiding place that I made with bricks. I keep checking on him because I don't want anything to happen to him but I don't want to bother him either. I feel like a new mother again, always checking on her baby.

Is this enclosure okay JUST for now? I feel really bad because it's way too small and I want a bigger one for him to explore so for sure I'll need to get one tomorrow.

That will work just fine for a few days. Soak him daily in warm shallow water, and check to see what the temperatures are. He needs to be able to warm up. As long as things are good, his appetite will come up more and more over the next couple of weeks.
