Is this fungi infection, shell rot, or just normal?

My eyes aren't that great right now, but some areas DO look like areas of an old fungal issue. Probably not an active one. And certainly NOT shell rot.
Just to be safe, go to your local dollar store and get you a $1 tube of ATHLETES FOOT CREAM and apply some lightly to those indented areas each day for a week to 10 days.
The great part is that it it is active fungus. It will kill it quickly. And if it isn't, the cream does no harm.
So when in doubt, use some.
I just saw that you are from Indonesia.
Use any cream sold to treat human foot fungus.
Clotrimazole is the active ingredient most of them in the U.S. contain

The carapace looks a bit patchy too, but way less. I also attach the pic of my other aldabra, living with the same set up. They are fine though...( 1st and 2nd pic is the one with problem, the 3rd and 4th pic are other aldas without problem)

Kalpanax K is available in any pharmacy here. It is very cheap so buy a few of the (very tiny) tubes ;)
