Is this Babcocki or Pardalis Pardalis Leopard?

Found this leopard tortoise for sale and was wondering if anyone can tell me if it’s Babcocki or Pardalis Pardalis? Looks pardalis to me but I’m no expert. Would someone help me out? Thanks
