Hi Everybody,
I plan on getting a tortoise in late March and I am going to start building an enclosure (Tortoise Table) soon. This would be for a Russian tortoise. I was wondering if 6ft by 3ft enclosure with an outdoor enclosure in the summer would be acceptable.
Thanks In Advance, Lark :D

A 4x8 is a minimum. Can you do a second level on it?
Russians are small, but roams lots of ground in the wild.

Using a 3x6' enclosure is not the end of the world, but a little bigger would be a little better.

Thanks wellington, I was wondering how steep a ramp could be without a tipping hazard and how high the wallls should be? Thanks again, Lark =)

If it's a flat ramp, there is little risk of tipping, because they will probably just slide down. Make sure you have sides to the ramp though, otherwise they may fall off the side. Russians are very good climbers, so anything under a 45 degree angle is probably fine as long as it has grip (horizontal popsicle sticks or similar).

Welcome. For the back and side walls, go for 2ft and the front 1ft.
