There are this trees all over my college. They are in areas that seem more "wild" or not taken care of. If these are mulberry trees should I be safe feeding my sulcata some leafs?

Okay thanks. I'm having such a hard time finding a mulberry tree 
I can't tell. Pluck a leaf or two and show us a close up.

Mulberry have very variable leaves. Without any doubt though that is NOT a Mulberry. The bark is another thing to look at, so that gives a clue as well as leaves.

Ima just buy one cause I'd rather not risk feeding him something that could have been sprayed.
Your picture sort of reminds me of a camphor tree, or maybe a Modesto ash.

If you pluck off a leaf, a mulberry leaf will 'bleed' white milky sap at the stem.
