Is this a mulberry tree?!

There are this trees all over my college. They are in areas that seem more "wild" or not taken care of. If these are mulberry trees should I be safe feeding my sulcata some leafs?

Your picture sort of reminds me of a camphor tree, or maybe a Modesto ash.

If you pluck off a leaf, a mulberry leaf will 'bleed' white milky sap at the stem.
