Is this a Dalmatian hermanns?

Hi guys. I recently got my first tortoise 5 days ago. I was told he is a 4yo male hermanns. I’m wondering though if he is a Dalmatian after researching some. Can anyone tell me? Also- how does he look for 4 years? I think he looks great but I do not have a tortoise eye. He is pretty outgoing and eats really well, however will only eat romaine and dandelion greens. Won’t touch soaked mazuri food. Thanks!

This is definitely a Dalmatian. Green heart shape on top of head, missing inguinal scute.
