Is Palmer amaranth tortoise safe?

I have identified a weed that has overpopulated a field near me as Palmer amaranth but I'm not sure if its tortoise safe. If so that would be awesome! There is probably 2k pounds of it, 2 acres of them 6+ feet tall.

Greetings, Looks and sounds like a pretty nasty weed to have in your fields. You better soon start eradicating, as a food for torts or not, before it totally takes over, Since it grows so well AND is invasive it prob means it’s not a good food, isnt that how it usually turns out!? Good luck.
