Is my turtle diet ok?

I'm wondering if my diet for him is ok?
Painted turtle

Monday: a frozen cube of blood worms
Tuesday: 4 mealworms
Wednesday: nothing just the water plants that are in his tank
Thursday: pellets the size of his head (reptomin and zoomed)
Friday: nothing only water plants
Saturday: a frozen cube of white fly larvae
Sunday: only water plants sometimes dark leafy greens

Is this ok and enough variety? Oh and I have cuttlebone floating in his tank

Sounds good to me but I only have one turtle myself (a spotted turtle). Maybe wait for more experienced turtle keeper answers or check out some youtube videos about painted turtles
