My India Star Tortoise is about 14 years old. She is about 7.5 inch and weight 2150 gram. Is it normal weight? Or she is overweight?

A 7.5" star would normally weigh between 1300g and 1400g. A female ready to lay eggs could be up to 1500g.

Are you sure of the accuracy of your scale? tortoises don't get fat. They do not store fat as energy reserves as mammals do. You tortoise looks fine from what I can see. If they do get bloated or look "fat" it is normally retained water which is not good if it is making them look fat as they is edema. I don't see that with your tortoise.

That makes more sense. At 9.5" I like to see 2450g - 2550g. So I think she is a little light. Perhaps a bit dehydrated. Does she have access to water constantly and do you soak her occasionally?
