My little RT Lou may have eaten a little bit of red cabbage. Normally I pick it out but I missed it this time

I won't feed it to Dorrie. But then again I'm really more protective than I need to be sometimes.
This is from the tortoise table:
Common name : Broccoli ( Calabrese , Sprouting Broccoli )
Latin name : Brassica oleracea (Italica Group)
Family name : Brassicaceae/Cruciferae
Broccoli contains goitrogens that interfere with thyroid activity and could damage the liver and kidneys. Therefore, although Broccoli is not actually toxic, we would advise you not to feed it to your tortoise.
The flowers of the Broccoli plant are yellowish-green when they open out of the green flower heads.
In the case of Purple Sprouting Broccoli the pale yellow flowers will emerge from the purple flower heads.

They eat by scent. Try to break the dandelion greens in half so that they are "open" to being smelled. Try a bit of cucumber. They love that and it gives them the water they need. Don't give too much though because it's not really nutritious. I give her teeny squares of cucumber hidden under the leaves of the greens. You might want to try squeezing the juice of the cucumber over the greens just for an attraction to the leaves.
