Hi guys, anyone feed tortoise Combretum indicum? I did a small research it says they are toxic to parasite, so I am not sure they are ok to feed , let me know , thanks .

Here is my personal opinion after doing my own research.
Some parts of the plant (root, seed, and fruit) do have properties to help expel parasites this doesn't mean it will be harmful for the tort, in fact these are parts of the plant that I wouldn't feed anyways.
I found no references to the leaves and flowers being toxic. But the leaves supposedly have an unappetizing odor when damaged that deters most animals from eating it.
Conclusion- I would be comfortable offering the leaves and flowers to my tort on OCCASION but I would be surprised if he would eat it.
