Hello. I just recently got a baby sulcata tortoise. Today my cat got a hold of him and seemed to have punctured his shell. There is a little skin I believe coming out from one the the puncture wounds. The other punctures seemed to have not broken through. I rinsed him off really well with warm water and applied diluted iodine solution. After I applied an antibiotic ointment. He is eating and drinking like normal. Is there anything else I can do? He is roughly a month or two old. Thanks so much!

I think, you have done all you can. Keep it clean, keep the flies off of him/it and keep checking him/it for anything different.

You can put in in a cage that has paper towels as sub straight so he doesn't get dirt in it. Bathe him extra and make sure to pat him dry and put only the cream on him again. You could also boost his temps a few degrees while he's healing. Then put him somewhere the cat can't get him.
