Inhaled a lot of my tortoise's dirt

Weird question, but my tortoise was kicking (digging/throwing, whatever) dirt today in her enclosure. I inhaled a ton of it. Will this make me sick? The dirt is from the desert and hasn't been cleaned for a couple of weeks. Could I get salmonella or anything else? Do we even know? I got a huge throatful of it by accident.

It is physically possible, but very unlikely that you would get sick from that unless you have a severe immune deficiency.
