Indian Star Tortoise - Lighting Requirement

What sort of light and how many watts shall I use for Indian Star Tortoise?
It should cover even the hiding place?
Kindly help

And Indian Star needs to be able to bask at 95-100F/35-37C. This heat must available 14 hours a day. This can be a 100W reflector bulb hung above the enclosure... or in an outdoor enclosure the sun will provide this heat. (There must be areas of deep shade available in an outdoor enclosure too. You don’t want to cook the tortoise)

If kept entirely indoors, the tortoise also requires UVB light from a separate specialist fluorescent tube. This can be avoided, but not the basking lamp, only if you can get your tortoise outside for only 1 hour every day.
