Where ?I think that chart is too limiting. I agree with the "rarely" column. All the other columns can be fed regularly. Opuntia cactus, dandelion, and moringa, for example are great staple items. If you take all them and just give variety of 5-6 items every day you would have a good diet. There a also lots of other plants that are great foods not listed. Stars do really well on most leafy weeds. You have plenty to choose from there, but also look at the items listed on our care sheets for stars in the star section for more ideas.
