Birth Defect they are continuing to breed?

I think most of the one eye'd galops came from Life Fellowships breeding colony back in the day.

One was posted on Kingsnake for sale by Sam G., He actually indicated that it was breed at Life Fellowship and had one eye. Female, very large torotoise, sub-adult.
