Identification of species

My friend found a tortoise near his home and i decided to keep her with me.
But i am not sure of which species she belongs!
Please let me know, i am attaching her pic.

im pretty sure it’s a Star or Radiated Tortoise, it probably lost due to all that Pyraminding, what’s wrong with his Legs?

That is an Indian Star tortoise. Geochelone elegans

very badly pyramided was not well cared for

i’m pretty sure there’s something wrong with the Hind legs As well don’t you think?

You want to tell us where you really are? You're NOT in the U.S.

(I'm pretty sure the tortoise is in the "sunning" position, and holding the back legs up)

I was thinking the same thing but it doesn’t look right
