Can you tell me how to get the Aldebra Tortoises from a licensed reptile enthusiast tortoise breeders? He must have the proper licenses and permit to ship them to any location ,

The date of the CITES permit has not expired
The CITES permit is signed by the official CITES authority
The description of the shipment is in compliance(number and species)
The description of the shipment is not in compliance
The CITES permit is not signed by the official CITES authority

The permit contains no errors or omissions
The permit contains errors or omissions
The permit displays a CITES stamp* The permit has no CITES stamp Photocopies or counterfeit permit
