For those of you based in the UK, I have found these guys to be pretty good. I think they must be just one guy in a shed somewhere, as orders can take unpredictable amounts of time to be shipped, but it's always in less than a week. (That said, shipping has always been free so I've been happy to wait a day or two. If you pay for it I expect it would be faster!)

They have a great variety of products available, but I think their real strength is their range of tortoise safe seeds.

You can get small packets to big bags of tortoise safe seeds. I was growing them all last year in my garden and my tortoise loved the variety. It can be tricky to ensure a good supply of safe fresh food, and these seed packs are fabulous. They sprouted wonderfully and were nice and hardy. Even in the dead of winter many of those plants are still alive.

They also do stuff for lizards I think, so not exclusively tort focused but they have a massive variety. I've only really needed to buy seeds from them, but I've generally been very pleased and have recommended them in the past.

I'd give them a thumbs up!

Nice to see the site back active...some time back it appeared to be in stall mode? Nonetheless, good to see it going...

That's terrible @jeffjeff ! Which seed pack did you buy and what toxic plants did you find? If you could elaborate, I'd be very grateful, my tort eats plants grown from their seed packs a lot!

it was from the mixed weeds one. i found lambs quarter, buttercups and 1 i think was ragwort. i also get the mixed flower one at the same time the only thing that grew was clover and dead nettles. i bought them because i'm not very good at id ing weeds and figured what ever grew should be safe. the whole lot went in the compost bin just in case. this year i'm just buying individual seed packs from b&q and wilkingsons ect. that way i know what should grow. pound stretchers had them on sale last week 4 packs for a pound if you have one near you it might be worth a look.
