take a read of the care guide here. Is this a picture before or after trimming? I guess after? It still looks pretty long.

How about some more pix of the enclosure & tortoise.

The beak is still way, way too long. Where the hole is is about where it should have been trimmed to. It’s not a hole in the jaw, but a hole in the very overgrown beak.

Thank you! I was thinking the beak still looked long after the vet but didn’t speak up. I wish I had! She has another one scheduled to get this fixed up! I would do it myself but I always get so nervous I will hurt her.

You might consider finding another vet.
This one seems to be learning at your tortoises expense, maybe.
