What to do with hingeback Tortoise eggs if you don't have a incubator? Do you put em in a bin in a green house?

An incubator can be made with a small cooler and fish tank heater really cheap if necessary.

My colleagues have stopped using incubators for Kinixys homeana and are simply incubating at warm ambient turtle room temperatures- 75-80 degrees, and they're having success.
