That looks great!
My only concern is the lamps - I think they would be better if they could be hung so that you can adjust the temps by raising or lowering them and focus the heat downwards in an area rather than at an angle which could spread it too thinly. Also the clamps have been known to fail and cause fires so better to be safe than sorry.
I hope Mary will be very happy in her new home!!
