Hi, new RFT owner here!

My name is Cindy, I live in Gettysburg PA. I just purchased my first tortoise last weekend. The RFT came highly recommended from several people and I could not resist.

I breed Crested Geckos and my 2 year old granddaughter is very attentive when we are feeding and watering. She loves to watch them! She also helps me feed our German Shepherd and our Scottish Terrier. So she is a real animal lover already. I wanted to get her an animal that she could sit and watch and not have it scurry away! She loves her tortoise Austin!

Our little one is 3.5 months old. So pretty tiny yet. I am learning a lot from looking at the forum and Redfoots.com Very good information!
