Hi from sunny England. We are happy Red Foot Tortoise owners. My son when he was 3 came up with this original name. Mrs is tortoise is 10 years old now (she is the same age as my son who is also now 10). She is a beautiful tortoise, with so much personality. We are sure she is a she, although 3 different vets have had 2 different opinions on her sex. She has an open cage and comes and goes as she pleases. In the summer she spends her days roaming the flower beds and in the winter she stays inside. In the winter she is desperate to get outside, like a dog she waits by the door for her opportunity.
