Hi! My name is Alecks and I am 14. I found this website with a little bit of luck.(ok, a lot of luck) I am on here because I want to take responsibility and learn as much as I possibly can before getting one. Here's one on CL that's fairly cheap near you. I didn't see any free ones. You might be able to find one in a different state but would likely need to pay for shipping or something.
It's also hard to say what the health status of this tortoise is.
