Help with heating and lighting

Hi, I have inherited an approximately 65 year old Herman’s named Willy. He has always lived outside, had free run of the garden and hibernated and woke up when he was ready. He has never had any heating or lighting. I’ve read on another site that this isn’t the correct way to look after them but when I asked for help I’ve not had any response. Can anyone help me please?

If he’s outside there’s no need for any further UVB or UVA (Depending the temperature) by being outside he gets “heat” and “Lighting”

If he's 65 and he's always been outside....
It's working.

as long as it is warm enough outside it is fine because he is getting the sunlight and uvb.
