Tyler maybe you can send the people a message sharing with them how important soaking is as well as some other pointers....

I agree. That's what I do. If I see a tortoise for sale and it looks like it is not being cared for correctly, I will suggest what needs to changed ask them to check out TFO and then I will suggest they mention to the buyer to join TFO.
I normally don't get a reply back, but I just hope they will take the info given to them. Give it a try, it may just help the little guy.
