My redfoot has had this white spot under his left eye for around 2 weeks. There has been no change to his behavior, and it doesn't seem to bother him, not even if I touch it. It's not shedding, weeping, swelling. Today I noticed a small bit of it starting underneath his right eye. I'm not sure if this warrants a visit to the vet.

I think it's just natural pigment coloration change. Also, that beak could use a trimming.

I have not had that experience with my redfoot, but from other reptiles it looks a bit like a stuck shedding scale (or skin cell)... maybe an extra-long soak and a bit of gentle (and careful) rubbing.

Again, I'm not at all sure, but a soak and a rub cannot hurt the tort.

It looks superficial.
Not a concern.
Feed him on a tera cota plate, slate, an overturned ceramic tile or a small cement pad.
That will help trim his beak.

Thank you to everyone who responded! That puts my mind at ease, and I'll get his beak trimmed as well as get him a different plate to keep it maintained. :)
