Greetings.

Try to provide more details on what we are seeing here. Where do you live, pix of enclosure, TYPE of tortoise, feeding, lighting, etc. How long has it been bloated?

In the meantime, id give this tort some nice long warm water soaks.

Other than bloating…how is it’s appetite, mobility, eyes, etc?

Good luck

Maybe @zovick is up & has an idea.

The bloating may indicate a kidney stone/ bladder stone possibly due to not adequate hydration. This may progress to septicemia(blood infection). Have a knowledable vet in reptiles evaluate the sooner the better.

I don't much about Egyption torts but this is the caresheet you need for all Mediterranean species.
Have a read through that and adjust your care asap. It will give you ideas for diet.
How much calcium are you feeding?
Only a small pinch a couple of times a week is required.
What substrate do you use? Anything sandy can cause problems if ingested and pellets are too dry. The caresheet will advise you about that too. Can you post pics of her enclosure?
I'm assuming she has plenty of shade if she is outside all day because too much heat will severely dehydrate her.
